Advanced Hybrid Telephone System – Up to 24 Extensions
The Panasonic KX-TES824E is an advanced hybrid telephone system designed for small businesses. It comes preconfigured with three exchange lines and eight extensions. With optional expansion cards, you can increase the capacity to eight exchange lines and up to 24 extensions.
The system includes several built-in features. These include DISA (Direct Inward System Access), Message on Busy, Extension Caller ID, a remote modem, and a USB port for PC programming.
DISA allows external callers to reach an extension directly without going through an operator. You can also record automatic greeting messages. These messages help direct callers to the correct department or person. The system can even detect incoming fax transmissions and route them automatically to a designated fax extension.
Extension Caller ID displays the caller’s name or number when used with a Panasonic display telephone. Each extension can log up to 20 incoming calls.
An optional voice message card ensures you never miss a call. You can set up a personal mailbox and record your own greeting for unanswered calls.
The system supports the Panasonic KX-T7700 series of telephones, including the KX-T7735, KX-T7730, KX-T7720, and KX-T7750 models.
